Depression

Has anyone taken the depression symptoms quiz from web md? Apparently I just did and the result was pretty scary. I am in the higher risk for major depression. Yikes. How ironic, I'm not in denial.

Depression strikes me most when I am alone. But I refuse to go out either. I get invitations to go out with friends for a birthday, baby shower, or just plain hanging out but I keep making up excuses. If you're one of those people, don't take it personal. It's not you, it's me.

I have a lot of shit on my plate right now. Major changes I don't wanna talk about. I will in the future. Maybe.
